Hard Rock Cafe is a restaurant chain with a total of 180 venues in 56 countries, including 140 cafes, 19 hotels and 9 casinos making it one of the most globally recognized companies. The restaurant serves assorted appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, sides, entrees like fajitas, grilled sirloin steak, grilled lemon caper chicken, and grilled chicken marsala, and various desserts. After more than a year of culinary development, intensive research and guest evaluation, Hard Rock Cafe launched a newly redesigned menu last March 26, 2014. The new menu includes an additional 30 new items and 28 modified existing menu items. Hard Rock Cafe also updated the sides, which allows guests to customize their meals such as Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes and Daily Fresh Vegetables.
